I didn’t know pastrami-cured salmon was a thing but they have it here with goat cheese cream cheese, and honestly, it was incredible.

It does get crowded, especially on weekends, so going early helps. But trust me, it’s worth the wait. Start with the classic combo, and if you’re in the mood to experiment, there are some great surprises on the menu.

You can also head to their location inside the Jewish Museum (on the Upper East Side) if you’re looking for a more formal, sit-down experience.
